The organizing committee is delighted to invite you to the 15th 
International
Conference on Network and Service Management (CNSM 2019), to be held in
Halifax, Canada, October 21 – 25, 2019. CNSM is a selective single track 
conference,
covering all  aspects of the management of networks and services, 
pervasive systems,
enterprises,  and  cloud  computing environments. The  core  track is 
accompanied
by a series of workshops, a tutorial  and  poster sessions. CNSM is 
technically
co-sponsored by  IFIP WG 6.6  and IEEE ComSoc, and organized in cooperation
with ACM SIGCOMM.
