-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The 36th IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium (NOMS 2023) will be
held on 8-12 May 2023 in Miami, FL/USA. Held in every even-numbered year since 1988
with its sister conference IFIP/IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Network
Management (IM), the 2023 edition is the first ever taking place on an odd-numbered
year bringing together the best of both outstanding conferences, a great achievement
for the network management community. As the primary IEEE Communications Society's
forum for technical exchange on management of information and communication
technology NOMS focuses on research, development, integration, deployment, standards,
service provisioning, and user communities.

NOMS 2023 will feature several workshops to further disseminate fine-tuned research
that is organized around the main conference theme: Integrated Management Towards
Resilient Networks and Services.

IEEE/IFIP NOMS 2023 invites proposals for one-day or half-day workshops, which will
be held before or immediately after the main NOMS 2023 technical program. The primary
purpose of the NOMS 2023 Workshops is to provide a forum for research, development,
integration, deployment, standards, service provisioning, and user communities.

NOMS 2023 Workshops are expected to focus on a range of novel and compelling research
avenues complementing or in-depth covering the topics of the main conference, such as
and not restricted to, intelligent and hyper-connected environments, virtualization
and in general, softwarization of networking technologies, newly emerging
and potentially challenging topics on advanced services and applications such
as tactile Internet and network twins, converged network operations, management
and control, novel concepts and tools (e.g. analytics, intelligence provisioning,
graph-based security) for the management and control targeting performance
and security issues, seamless, secure services in future Internet also embedding
cyber-physical systems such as Industry 4.0 and autonomous vehicles.

field held these recent years whatever their communities, and the workshop proposal
related positioning.
8. If applicable, a description of the past events of the workshop, including all
statistics of submitted/accepted papers and attendee numbers. If the workshop does
