Held in even-numbered years since 1988, NOMS 2020 follows the tradition of NOMS and IM as the IEEE Communications Society's primary technical exchange forum for the research, standards, development, systems integrator, service provider, and user communities. It features the latest approaches and technical solutions in the area of network operations and management.<br class=""><br class="">Tutorials are an integral part of the program of IEEE/IFIP NOMS 2020. They provide participants with broad and comprehensive overviews of emerging fields in management of information, networks and communication technology.
