</div>
<div>The IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management
Symposium (NOMS 2026) will be held in Rome, Italy, 22-28
May 2026. The conference will offer five full days of
original paper presentations, tutorials, workshops, an
industry program with keynotes and panels from prominent
research, industry, and government leaders, as well as
technical demonstrations and exhibits.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>In addition to exciting technical symposia, tutorials,
panels, and exhibitions, we solicit proposals for half-day
or full-day workshops to be held on 18 May 2026 or 22 May
2026.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>The aim of the workshops is to highlight emerging
research areas, novel ideas, and innovative applications
that are not specifically covered in the main technical
program. Each workshop may include a mix of regular
papers, invited talks, keynotes, and panel discussions to
foster active interaction among attendees.</div>
