meanwhile, the nodes of the following sites have been reinstalled 
successfully and are now safe for use again:

UniGE
UZH
UniBW
UT
JUB
UPC
INRIA
TUD
PSNC (emanicslab1)

Still down or not yet reinstalled are:

UCL
PSNC (emanicslab2)
IBBT
