[emanicslab] EmanicsLab - Status of Migration

Dear all,

here is the current status of migration of EmanicsLab nodes:

UZH - both nodes running and up-to-date
UniBW - both nodes running, will be updated again on 1.4.2014
TUD - node 1 in safeboot mode, node 2 to be investigated (100% cpu)
UniGE - both nodes running, node config frozen, will be updated today
JUB - node 2 running and up-to-date, node 1 down
PSNC - both nodes running and up-to-date
UCL - nodes cannot be accessed right now, need to be updated again
IBBT - node 1 running and up-to-date, node 2 currently not accessible
INRIA - both nodes running and up-to-date
UPC - both nodes running, node config frozen, will be updated today
UT - both nodes running, node config frozen, will be updated after 31.3.

Assume that the migration period will soon reach an end, and everything 
will hopefully run into a stable phase afterwards ;-)
