The NOMS 2025 Dissertation Digest Session is considered as a special 
highlight of the conference as authors can present their recent and 
fresh work, that is still overarching a research period of several 
years: their PhD studies. The Dissertation Digest Session focuses on 
Ph.D. dis­ser­tations finished recently – or being under evaluation –, 
especially within the December 1, 2023, to November 30, 2024, time 
frame. Suitable content and topics fall into the exact same range as for 
the main symposium’s list of topics, cf. the URL 
https://noms2025.ieee-noms.org/call-technical-session-papers. This 
digest can be considered an extended abstract of the thesis and must be 
limited to six pages, excluding references, and structured very 
similarly to a regular paper.
