of communication networks and services. It brings together experts from industry, governments and academia, experienced in engineering, design and research. The conference has been held since 1998, first bi-annually, and annually since 2011. Over the past eighteen
years, DRCN has developed into a well-established conference covering topics from equipment and technology for survivability to network management and public policy, through theory and techniques for the design, management and operations of survivable and robust
