NOMS 2020 Organizing Committee and IEEE Communications Society have been monitoring the developments with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our first priority. Therefore, after evaluating the current situation, we have decided to hold the NOMS 2020 as a "virtual conference" on the originally planned dates: 20-24 April 2020.

In order to allow researchers and industry experts to keep up with latest achievements in AI techniques for Managing Networks and Services, in Management of Smart systems in the age of Industry 4.0, and in rapidly developing SDN and NFV domains, we are offering a great opportunity for everyone to join NOMS 2020.

We have lowered the registration fees by 80-90%, hence attendees can enjoy our excellent programs and discuss the related topics for as little as US$110 for non-members or US$60 for IEEE Comsoc members for the full 5-day event.
