[emanicslab] slices on upgrades nodes

Hi,

it seems we can't get any new slices instantiated on upgraded
emanicslab nodes or SSH keys are not propagated. SSH access simply
fails with "Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive)" which
likely indicates that either the account or the SSH key does not
exist.

We would love to use EmanicsLab slices for some course work.
