[emanicslab] slices on upgrades nodes

Hi Juergen,

this was the case for the emanicslab2.eecs.jacobs... node, since I 
stopped the nodemanager to allow you to play around with IPv6.

It should work however on the other nodes. If not, please drop me a note 
with slice name and node, then I will investigate.
